How can I request an exchange?
Sorry, but you cannot currently request changes. If you need to change the size or colour, you can return the products, get your refund and make a new purchase.
How can I request a return?
You can return products to our warehouse by following this procedure with a 'Return by Courier'.
You have 14 days from the order's delivery to return the goods using this fast, easy procedure. The return shipping costs will be at your expense.
- If you are not a registered user, please contact our Customer Services Department.
- If you are a registered user, you can send the return request directly from the My Account area.
The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, not modified in any way and with all of its labels and accessories.
Please note that it is not possible to return items in-store.
TIMEFRAME FOR REQUESTING A RETURN:
14 days from the order delivery date to initiate the online return request, plus an additional 14 days to ship the products.
RETURN METHOD:
Returns must be shipped via courier. Shipping costs will be at your expense.
Note: If you choose to return products from the same order at different times, you will need to initiate a separate return request for each return.

You can request a return directly from your My Account:
- Log in to "My Orders"
- Click on "Return"
Please note that the return request is only available for orders marked as "Delivered."
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
During the online return procedure, you may be asked to upload up to 5 images of the product you wish to return (jpg, jpeg, png, gif, or heic, max 5MB each).
How can I organize a return?
- Request a return
You have 14 days from the order delivery date to initiate the online return request. You will receive an email with all the instructions for the return. Remember that the shipping costs will be at your expense.
- Organize the shipment
Once you have requested the return you have an additional 14 days to actually send the products back. Please remember to include also your delivery note. Without the delivery note you can use the order confirmation email with the subject: "Thank you for your purchase".
We advise you to choose a shipper that allows you to track the package so that you can see the status of your package at any time.
Note: The return shipping label will be provided directly by the chosen courier

The return shipment must be sent from the same country where the order was delivered due to customs regulations.
- Quality check
As soon as your return package is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the necessary checks.
- Refund
If the quality check is completed successfully, we will send you an email to confirm your return and refund. After a few days you will be able to check if you have been credited with the refund.
I have received a damaged or faulty product. What should I do?
In case of any defects, you can request a return by specifying the issue encountered, and our Customer Service team will contact you shortly.
After we have received your returned item and have checked the damage, we will forward the refund request.
